If you would draw a starting hand, you draw a starting hand minus one card instead.

You pay [3] less to play spells named "A Rendezvous of Light and Wind".

As the game starts, put an astral counter on a ruler you control named "Glorius, Masked Crusader". It is now referred to as a ruler with "Astral" condition. If you do, search your deck for a card with "Broken Mask" in its name, reveal it and put it into your hand, then shuffle your deck.
